Student Pick Up Procedure

For the safety of our students and an orderly dismissal, please keep in mind the following pick up procedure:

  • Parents with cars in the car line must not leave their car unattended. This will allow the pick up car line to move quickly and smoothly as students are dismissed.
  • Parents choose to park in a designated parking spot and walk up to the building will enter Mercy and go around the playground on the north side and park on the west side. Due to the concern for safety, do not pass cars waiting in line. Please stand in the grassy areas to the right until your child is called.
  • Remember, the speed limit is 10 miles per hour.

It is now flu season, please call the front office if your child will be absent due to sickness or the flu. If your child is out more than 3 days in a row, please get a note from your physician for when child will be returning to school.  Also for the health and well- being of other students please keep your child home if they have a fever.
