AXA Community Scholarship

The AXA Achievement Community Scholarship program offers $2,000 college scholarships to high school seniors who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their activities in school, the community or the workplace.



Delta Theta Chi Sorority

Deadline February 1, 2013

Female applicants majoring in liberal arts.  All applicants must reside in the United States.. Applications must be submitted through a local Delta Theta Chi chapter. ESA Foundation Scholarship

45 Scholarships available.  Last year over $21,000 awarded to Oklahoma students.  Various GPA’s, majors, and regions of the state.  Application(s) online this year.  There is a $5.00 processing fee to apply.



Chickasaw Nation Higher Education Grant

Deadline February 1, 2013

Applicant must have a 2.0 GPA or higher and be able to give proof of ancestry.



Chickasaw Nation Foundation Scholarship

Applicant must have a 3.0 GPA, show proof of ancestry.



CCOSA Scholarship

CCOSA proudly hosts an annual Senior Scholarship Program, awarding six exceptional Oklahoma students a scholarship to apply towards their first year in college.  Children of CCOSA members are eligible and encouraged to participate. Oklahoma Engineering Foundation Engineering Scholarship

Best Buy Scholarship

1,100 students will each receive a $1,000 scholarship. If you’re a 9-12 grade student who plans to attend post-secondary education, have solid grades and are involved in community service or have work experience, we encourage you to apply!  (Previous winners are ineligible to apply).



The Daughters of the American Revolution

Vegetarian Resource Scholarship

The Vegetarian Resource Group each year will award $10,000 in college scholarship money to graduating U.S. high school students who have promoted vegetarianism in their schools and/or communities. Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish, or fowl. Two awards of $5,000 each will be given. Entries may only be sent by students graduating from high school in spring 2013.

Buick Achievers Award

This year, we will award 1,100 scholarships, including 100 renewable scholarships of up to $25,000 per year. •Be high school seniors or graduates or be current undergraduate students
•Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university based in the U.S. or Puerto Rico for the entire 2013-14 academic year (excluding proprietary and online schools)
•Plan to major in a specified course of study that focuses on Engineering/Technology or select Design and Business-related programs of study. See the list of eligible majors.
•Be U.S. citizens and have permanent residence in the United States or Puerto Rico

Carolyn Watson Scholarship

OK-AHEAD offers scholarship money to Oklahoma students with disabilities in post-secondary education. Applications must be postmarked on or before January 31 of the award year. Scholarships can be applied at any Oklahoma technology center, or any two-year or four-year college or university. Three $500 scholarships are awarded annually.



Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Higher Education Program

OERB Petroleum Engineer Scholarship

The OERB is committed to education and established the OERB Petroleum Scholar Program in response to an increasing need for petroleum professionals. Up to $500,000 is awarded each year to students majoring in petroleum-related fields at the University of Oklahoma, the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma City University.

Oklahoma Heritage Scholarship:
Don & Mary Nichols Scholarship

$10,000 Scholarship.  The Association and Museum also offer the $10,000 John W. and Mary D. Nichols scholarship to high school seniors. Students may be nominated for this scholarship by teachers or administrators not related to the student. The scholarship is based on the student’s demonstrated knowledge and appreciation of Oklahoma history, as well as academic achievement, citizenship and leadership. As the name implies, the scholarship is made possible through the generosity of the late John and Mary Nichols.

Kohl’s Kids Who Care

Oklahoma Heritage Scholarship

Each year, the Oklahoma Heritage Association offers more than $4,000,000 in scholarships to high schoolers who have paid attention in their Oklahoma history classes. In the Oklahoma Heritage Scholarship Competition, ninth through 12th grade students take a test on Oklahoma history. Those with high scores in each county receive a $1,000 cash scholarship or tuition grant to an Oklahoma college or university. Most counties have at least three scholarships available.



National Society of Accountants

Current college students only:  •Undergraduates enrolled part-time or full-time in accounting at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States.
1.Students in an accredited two-year college may apply following first semester grades or during their second year if transferring to a four-year institution, provided they are committed to a major in accounting throughout the remainder of their college career, or
2.Students in an accredited four-year college may apply for the scholarship for their second, third, or fourth year of studies, provided they are committed to a major in accounting throughout the remainder of their college career.
•Majoring in accounting.
•Maintaining a “B” (3.0 on a 4.0 scale) or better grade point average.
•A United States or Canadian citizen (permanent residents are NOT eligible).



The Gridiron Foundation Scholarships

AISES 2013 Google Scholarship

$10,000 USD total award for those studying in the US  and a retreat to CA in June 2013.  The AISES Google Scholarship will fund scholarships awards to American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and people of First Nations from Canada AISES members pursuing degrees in the computer science, computer engineering and related programming fields.

McNair Scholars Program

Scholarship program is designed to prepare students for careers as graduate students, professors or professional researchers. Must be full time student, with 42 hours or more completed, 3.0 GPA & first generation college student or student from an underrepresented ethnic group.



OCCC ACT NOW Scholarship
The ACT NOW scholarship is offered as an automatic merit-based tuition waiver program for the 2013 graduating class of high school students. The waiver amounts are based on the student’s composite score on the national ACT. Students who score a 21 are eligible for a $500 tuition waiver. Scores of 22 – 23 receive a $750 waiver and scores of 24-26 will receive a $1000 waiver. Students with exceptional scores a 27 or higher will receive a $1500 waiver. All waivers are per semester; freshman year only.
